We are pleased to announce that Maplewood Academy’s Graduation Ceremony will take place on Friday, June 13, 2025. As valued members of our school community, your participation and support are essential to ensuring a memorable and smoothly run event for our graduating class.

Event Details

1. Date: Friday, June 13, 2025
2. Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
3. Attendees: Graduates, families, invited guests, faculty, and staff
4. Venue: Maplewood Academy Auditorium
   • Doors open at 9:00 AM for staff check-in
   • Ceremony begins promptly at 10:30 AM

Attendence & Check-in

1. Required Attendance: All teaching staff and support personnel are expected to attend. Your presence will help:
   • Greet families as they arrive;
   • Assist graduates with seating and stage preparations;
   • Provide general oversight during the ceremony and reception.
2. Staff Check-in:
   • Please arrive no later than 10:30 PM at the main auditorium entrance.
   • Check in at the Staff Registration Table (located adjacent to the ticket booth). You will receive:
     • Your name badge;
     • A role assignment;
     • Any additional instructions or materials.

Dress Code

• Teachers & Faculty: Business casual or professional attire (dress slacks/skirt, blouse/shirt, closed-toe shoes).
• Nametags: Please wear your name badge visibly throughout the ceremony.

• Punctuality: Timely arrival is crucial. If you foresee any delay, contact the Graduation Committee immediately.
• Communication: Radios will be provided to all team leaders. Should any urgent issue arise, please use channel 7.
• Safety & Emergencies: In case of medical or security emergencies, notify the school representatives without delay.
