Key dates for annul enrolment perspective are placed here using 2025’s enrolment cycle, as next year’s dates will be similar.

Admission dates and events
Online applications are now open for enrolment in the 2025–2026 school year.
We encourage families to apply early to ensure full consideration for available spaces.
Application Fees
September 1 – October 31, 2024: $225 ($325 with STEM AP program)
November 1 – December 1, 2024: $275 ($375 with STEM AP program)
December 2, 2024 onward (Late Applications): $355 ($455 with STEM AP program)

Beginning in September, campus tours will be provided for families interested in our OSSD program from Grade 9 to Grade 12. Registration for campus tours is now closed and will re-open in September 2025.
Please contact the Enrolment Department to book a campus tour.
We accept late applications after the deadline. Please note that the base application fee is $355 from December 2 onwards.
Selected late applicants may be contacted for an interview after Offer Day on March 1st.
Students will write an in-person assessment at Maplewood Academy. Accessibility accommodations and online assessments are available for applicants with demonstrated needs. Families requiring such support are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office in advance to discuss available options and ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.

Students are welcome to write on the following dates:

Saturday, December 14th at 10 a.m.
Saturday, December 21st at 9 a.m.
Language Assessment:
Saturday, December 14th at 3 p.m.
Saturday, December 19th at 3 p.m.
International or Out-of-Province Applicants
International and out-of-province applicants will write the test virtually upon request during the testing period.
The AP assessment focuses on mathematics and literacy and includes multiple-choice and short-answer questions. No preparation is required.
The deadline to apply for financial assistance for the 2024–2025 academic year is January 15th, 2025.
Admission decisions are communicated to all applicants.
